Les Mills SHAPES
SHAPES is the workout you never knew you needed. It fuses Pilates, Barre, & Power Yoga. It consists of a series of six weeks of low impact strength workouts that sculpt and strengthen all area of the body through small, controlled movements and repetition.

Les Mills FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is a unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun, balanced, "don’t think just do it" kind of way. This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life.
