Les Mills BODYPUMP is a Spring Valley YMCA member favorite! Come see why! Were hosting a series of intro classes to discuss setting up equipment, selecting weights, provide an overview of class format, and review common exercises and proper form to help you feel comfortable attending future BODYPUMP classes.
BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, to give you a total body workout. This beginner class will discuss setting up equipment, selecting weights, provide an overview of class format, and review common exercises and proper form to help you feel comfortable attending future BODYPUMP classes.
Classes are free and open to members. Registration is not required.
