New season, new classes, new instructors!

We're so excited about our group exercise updates! We have NEW instructors and NEW classes on the schedule!

All classes will be held at the Phoenixville YMCA.

New classes beginning Wednesday, September 4:

LES MILLS SPRINT™

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.

When:

Wednesdays at 6:00 AM with Allison

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

When:

Wednesdays at 6:00 AM with Breanne and Eliza

Yin Yoga

Find balance with meditative breathing and long-held, passive stretches.  This class is designed to strengthen and support deep connective tissue while increasing flexibility and range of motion.

When:

Wednesdays at 5:45 PM with Rob

Boot Camp Circuit:

Take your workout to the next level, or kick-start your fitness journey with a Boot Camp Circuit! This fast paced class mixes building strength and muscular endurance for a high intensity, calorie burning workout. We will be using battle ropes, Kettlebells, Running, agility ladder and MUCH more!

When:

Wednesdays at 12:15 PM with Amanda beginning September 11.

TAYLOR

Taylor joins the team with 7 years of experience as a Spin Instructor. Health and wellness is her passion and her goal is to help everyone fall in love with moving their body no matter where they are on their fitness journey!

Help us welcome Taylor by joining her cycle classes on Wednesdays at 9:15 AM beginning August 28th! See you there!

PEDRO

Pedro began his Group Ex journey as a member who enjoyed taking group ex classes while his kids participated in sports practice. He fell in love with the variety of class offerings and the community created in the classes and decided to become a group fitness instructor. His goal is to create a class space that has the positive culture he fell in love with and to help guide others on their transformative fitness journey.

Help us welcome Pedro by taking his Boot Camp class on Wednesdays at 4:45 PM beginning September 4! See you there!
