We're excited to offer a BRAND NEW membership add-on to take your normal gym experience to the next level. Get UNLIMITED access to exclusive Les Mills classes like SHAPES and FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH!

This program session runs from January 6 - February 16, 2025 with classes available at least 6 days per week. Registration opens on December 16, 2024.

These add-on packages give you unlimited access to the below schedules for 6 weeks! You must be a Y member to use the add-on. The cost is $99 for 6 weeks of classes.

 

Les Mills SHAPES

SHAPES is the workout you never knew you needed. It fuses Pilates, Barre, & Power Yoga. It consists of a series of six weeks of low impact strength workouts that sculpt and strengthen all area of the body through small, controlled movements and repetition. 

Participating Locations:

Class Schedule:

Sundays at 11:15 AM

Mondays at 11:45 AM and 4:45 PM

Tuesdays at 8:15 AM

Wednesdays at 11:45 AM and 4:45 PM

Thursdays at 8:45 AM and 7:15 PM

Fridays at 10:30 AM

Saturdays at 11:15 AM

Class Schedule:

Sundays at 9:40 AM

Mondays at 6:40 PM

Tuesdays at 6:15 AM and 8:15 AM

Wednesdays at 6:40 PM

Thursdays at 6:15 AM and 8:15 AM

Fridays at 5:15 PM

Saturdays at 9:40 AM

Sundays at 8:30 AM

Tuesdays at 7:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 5:30 PM

Wednesdays at 4:30 PM

Thursdays at 7:30 AM and 6:45 PM

Fridays at 8:00 AM

Saturdays at 8:30 AM

 

Les Mills FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is a unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun, balanced, "don’t think just do it" kind of way. This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life.

Wednesdays at 7:15 AM and 4:30 PM

Thursdays at 6:00 AM, 5:00 PM, and 7:30 PM

Fridays at 7:00 PM
